I’m on an extra time crunch this time, so I promise to actually keep this one quicker. Watch this.
I hope you’re doing great! How was the past week? What’s been going on in life, how are you doing? I hope you are so well and that you know that I love you and you’re in my prayers!!

– On Wednesday we went and picked up the new missionaries from the CCM!! Every transportation issue that could’ve possibly gone wrong went wrong, but it’s all good, we got them out anyways! We had the final transfer meeting after a fun orientation, and the Bradys took us out to Itallianis for the last time. It’s all so bittersweet, I am so so thankful for all the time I got to serve with and learn from them!
– I am in Marina Nacional!! I am in a suuuuper nice area of the city and it is a very different flow and groove than any arwa I’ve been in. I am super excited to be training Elder Pugh for his first transfer and I can’t wait to get the ball rolling well in the area!! We found some awesome people this past week and there are sooooo many people here. I can’t wait to start meeting more people and working with the members, its going to be great! I’ve already seen a GT3 RS and AT&T headquarters so it is quite the place!
– We have a Little Caesar’s right on the corner of our house, and like 3 tacos stands right outside of our front door. Its going to be awesome!!

I’ve loved learning from the example and leadership of Captain Moroni this week in my Book of Mormon study. He was such a good leader, that this is what the scriptures say about him in Alma 48:
“Yea, verily, verily I say unto you, if all men had been, and were, and ever would be, like unto Moroni, behold, the very powers of hell would have been shaken forever; yea, the devil would never have power over the hearts of the children of men.”
What!! How? That kind of spiritual soundness and leadership has to come from something, and the verse right before tells what it is!
“his heart did glory in it; in preserving his people, yea, in keeping the commandments of God, yea, and resisting iniquity.”
His focus was on following his Savior in every aspect and protecting those who wanted to do the same. He wanted to protect his and others families and protect their rights to worship God. His sole focus was helping God progress His work and helping His children live His gospel.
We can resist temptation too, and shake the very power of hell forever! What is the true glory of our heart? What’s our focus, our number one joy, and our biggest priority? That is going to change absolutely everything! Remember where and why your heart is placed where it is, and change it if it needs to be changed!
I love you so much, have a fantastic week and resist iniquity! Give place no more to the enemy of your soul and let yourself be healed through the Savior!
I love you so much, have an amazing week! Talk soon!!
